You use them with your various appitizerrs and if you ask, they will bring more. We had the Chhicarron Rib Eye Con Guacmole. Once more, with chips was great. Next up was the Elotes Al Grill. Corn on the cob split on the cob four ways and grilled. The sauce was a green (assuming tomatillos) and a bit of jalepeno and olive oil. Deffinately a must order again. They bring many salsas to use with your meal. My favorite, which I could not stop eating was a grilled pineapple, habenero and onion. The heat hit you and then the sweetness of the grilled pineapple was refreshing.
Of course, the highlight at Bakas Carnivore B. is the steaks. These are sourced from Top Meat, a Puerto Penasco icon for boutique meats. They are cooked to perfection, juicy, and seasoned just right, each cut showcases their passion for quality and consistency. The kitchen clearly knows how to handle a grill — every bite is tender and rich with smoky flavor. There are family meals as well, the price is easy on the wallet and provides many meats and vegetables. This is one that a family of four would be full from.
And don’t miss the burger — it’s truly awesome. Thick, juicy, and loaded with all the right toppings, it’s one of the best in Puerto Peñasco. The sauce is a chiptole jelly mix that really makes this burger stand out. The burger itself is hand mixed, large and a perfect blend of meat and sauce. The potatoes are not true fries, but wedges of salty goodness.
